Football fans in Hong Kong are getting one last opportunity to secure tickets for two highly anticipated matches as part of the Hong Kong Football Festival. Organizers have announced a final, limited release of tickets for the Arsenal versus Tottenham Hotspur clash and the AC Milan versus Liverpool showdown. With the original ticket release selling out within hours, this last batch offers a renewed chance to witness these iconic teams live at Kai Tak Stadium.

The Arsenal vs. Tottenham Hotspur match, a North London derby, is scheduled for July 31st. These two teams have a storied history, with their matches often being intense and closely contested. Recently, on January 15, 2025, Arsenal beat Tottenham 2-1 in a match where Arsenal had to come from behind to win. In another match, Arsenal survived a late comeback to win 3-2. Securing tickets to this game has been difficult, with high demand and prices. The official prices for English Premier League tickets range from $33 to $187, but reseller tickets can be significantly more expensive, going for over $1,136.

Liverpool and AC Milan will face off on July 26th. These two clubs have a rich history in European competitions, including multiple Champions League titles between them. In their most recent match on September 17, 2024, Liverpool defeated AC Milan 3-1 in the Champions League. Tickets for the Milan vs Liverpool game are highly sought after due to the teams' history and quality. Even though there were 20,000 tickets available for the Liverpool game last September, organizers are hoping that many are tempted by the chance to secure a ticket for the Champions League debut.

The matches are part of the Hong Kong Football Festival, and will be held at Kai Tak Stadium. This final ticket release is due to returns and adjustments, providing an unexpected opportunity for fans who missed out on the initial sale.
