Arsenal's summer transfer window is heating up with several potential signings and departures on the horizon. The Gunners have already secured the signatures of Viktor Gyokeres, Cristhian Mosquera, Noni Madueke, Christian Norgaard, Martin Zubimendi and Kepa Arrizabalaga, but they are not stopping there. Mikel Arteta is keen to add more quality to his squad to bridge the gap between successive second-place finishes and the Premier League title.

One of the primary targets for Arsenal is Crystal Palace's Eberechi Eze. The Gunners are reportedly confident of reaching an agreement to sign the 27-year-old. Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta is prepared to go "all in" for Eze, whose contract includes a release clause of €77.8 million (£68m). While personal terms have been agreed, discussions between the clubs are focused on the payment structure of the remaining €43.5m (£38m). Crystal Palace wants the entire fee paid within two years. However, Arsenal may need to sanction exits to afford Eze's transfer fee. Despite already having Martin Odegaard and Ethan Nwaneri in attacking midfield, Arteta sees Eze as a valuable addition, potentially deploying him on the left-hand side of the attack.

Real Madrid's Rodrygo is another player linked with a move to the Emirates. The Brazilian winger has reportedly fallen down the pecking order at Real Madrid and could be available this summer. Several clubs including Liverpool, PSG and Tottenham have shown interest in the 24-year-old. While Real Madrid initially valued Rodrygo at £76.8 million (€90 million), they have reportedly lowered their asking price. However, Arsenal may need to sell either Gabriel Martinelli or Leandro Trossard to fund the transfer.

Ollie Watkins is also among the players linked with Arsenal. The Aston Villa striker was the subject of interest from Arsenal in January, but the Gunners' pursuit cooled down after signing Viktor Gyokeres. Manchester United and Newcastle United are also said to be interested in Watkins.

Meanwhile, there could be some movement in terms of outgoings at the Emirates. Fulham are in advanced talks to re-sign Reiss Nelson, either on loan with an option to buy or on a permanent transfer. Arsenal are also open to selling Oleksandr Zinchenko, with AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund showing interest. There is also interest in Jakub Kiwior, who could return to Italy. Arsenal are said to be willing to listen to offers for Gabriel Jesus.
