The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup is delivering thrilling action, with both Inter Milan and Borussia Dortmund securing significant wins. Inter Milan snatched a late 2-1 victory against Urawa Red Diamonds, while Jobe Bellingham, younger brother of Jude Bellingham, marked his debut for Dortmund with a goal in their exciting 4-3 win over Mamelodi Sundowns.

In Seattle, Inter Milan faced a tough challenge from Urawa Red Diamonds. The Japanese side took an early lead in the 11th minute when Ryoma Watanabe capitalized on a brilliant run by Takuro Kaneko. Inter struggled to find their rhythm for much of the game, but the Italian giants showed their resilience in the late stages. In the 78th minute, Lautaro Martinez scored a stunning overhead kick from a corner, leveling the score. Then, in stoppage time, Valentin Carboni, a young Argentine player, sealed the victory by tapping in a loose ball. This win keeps Inter Milan's hopes alive and eliminated Urawa from the competition. Martinez expressed relief after the match, saying, "We had to show our pride. We didn't want this situation, but we had to suffer to get the result in the end." With this result, Inter Milan takes over the top spot in Group E.

Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund's match against Mamelodi Sundowns in Cincinnati was filled with drama. Despite Dortmund's 4-3 victory, the game was physically demanding, with temperatures reaching 30°C. Sundowns initially took the lead, but Dortmund responded strongly. Serhou Guirassy scored with a header, continuing his impressive form. Just before halftime, Jobe Bellingham scored his first goal for Dortmund, chesting down a deflected cross and firing home.

Bellingham's debut goal sparked excitement among fans, with many noticing his celebration mirrored that of his brother, Jude. "I've practised that so many times, arriving late on the edge of the box as a midfielder is something you have to be really good at," said Bellingham. Dortmund appeared to be cruising to victory, leading 4-1, but Sundowns fought back with goals from Iqraam Rayners and Lebo Mothiba, making for a tense finish. Dortmund managed to hold on for the win, moving to the top of Group F. Dortmund coach Niko Kovac acknowledged the challenging conditions, stating he was sweating.
