Established in May 2015, RFYC was founded with the vision of identifying and training talented young footballers, providing them with a world-class environment to unlock their potential both on and off the field. Fully supported by the Reliance Foundation, the academy offers fully funded scholarships to deserving young talents from across the country after a year-long scouting process.

This approach has earned RFYC the prestigious Elite 5-Star status from the All India Football Federation (AIFF), solidifying its reputation as one of India's top football academies.
Located in Navi Mumbai, RFYC boasts world-class residential facilities and a comprehensive curriculum that integrates top-tier football training with academics, nutrition, mental wellness programs, and life skills education.
