Kingsley Coman is reportedly on the verge of leaving Bayern Munich to join Cristiano Ronaldo's Al Nassr in a deal that will see him earn around €22 million per year. The transfer is nearing completion, with just final details remaining to be clarified.

According to reports, a transfer fee between €30-35 million has been agreed upon in principle between the two clubs. Bayern Munich have given the green light to sell Coman this summer, with negotiations in their final stages. The French international has reportedly agreed to personal terms with Al Nassr, more than doubling his current salary with Bayern. Some reports state Bayern Munich will receive €40 million for the transfer of Coman.

Coman's potential move to Al Nassr follows the Saudi Arabian club's recent signing of Joao Felix and their continued efforts to strengthen their squad. The club also recently signed veteran defender Inigo Martinez. Al Nassr, managed by Jorge Jesus, are aiming to dominate both domestically and in continental competitions.

Kingsley Coman joined Bayern Munich in 2015 and has since become one of the club's most decorated players. In 339 appearances, he has scored 72 goals and provided 71 assists, winning nine Bundesliga titles. He also scored the winning goal in the 2020 UEFA Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain. Despite his success, Coman's playing time diminished last season under manager Vincent Kompany. In the 2024/25 season, Coman played 45 matches for Bayern, scoring 9 goals and providing 6 assists. The signing of Luis Diaz from Liverpool further impacted his position within the team. Bayern were also keen to offload Coman's €17 million annual salary.

Several factors appear to have contributed to Coman's decision to leave Bayern. He struggled to secure a regular spot in the lineup. The winger had also previously stated his desire to stay at Bayern. However, Bayern Munich were open to selling Coman if they received a significant offer. Bayern Munich president Herbert Hainer stated that any exit would be on the club's terms.

Al Nassr have been targeting Coman to bolster their attack. The Saudi club sees Coman's pace, dribbling, and big-match experience as vital assets in building a title-winning team. If the deal is completed, Coman will join other stars such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Sadio Mané and Aymeric Laporte.
