The 2025 CONCACAF Gold Cup is underway, and the 'FOX Soccer' crew is providing in-depth analysis of the USMNT, Canada, and the other competing teams. The tournament, which began on June 14th and will conclude on July 6th, is being co-hosted by the United States and Canada, with the final scheduled for NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas. This year's Gold Cup serves as a crucial competitive platform for the region's top teams, especially with the 2026 FIFA World Cup just a year away.

Sixteen teams are vying for the Gold Cup title, including guest nation Saudi Arabia. The teams are divided into four groups: Group A consists of Mexico, Costa Rica, Suriname, and Dominican Republic; Group B includes Canada, Honduras, El Salvador, and Curacao; Group C features Panama, Jamaica, Guatemala, and Guadeloupe; and Group D comprises the United States, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, and Saudi Arabia.

The USMNT, under head coach Mauricio Pochettino, is aiming for their eighth Gold Cup title. They began their campaign on June 15th against Trinidad and Tobago in San Jose, California, and will continue their group stage matches against Saudi Arabia in Austin, Texas, and Haiti in Arlington, Texas. The team is looking to rebound from a recent four-game losing streak, their worst since 2007.

Canada, coached by Jesse Marsch, enters the tournament in strong form and seeks their second Gold Cup victory. They are currently on an eight-game winning streak, during which they have outscored their opponents 39-3. The team's key players include Cyle Larin, Jonathan Osorio, and Stephen Eustáquio.

Mexico, the defending champions, are determined to secure their tenth Gold Cup title. Led by manager Javier Aguirre, "El Tri" is considered a top contender due to their experienced squad.

The 'FOX Soccer' crew, featuring Landon Donovan, Alexi Lalas, Stu Holden, and Rob Stone, is providing comprehensive coverage and analysis of the tournament. They offer insights into team strategies, player performances, and potential match outcomes.

The Gold Cup games will be broadcast on FOX, FS1, and FS2 in the United States, with FOX airing all USMNT matches and the final. Streaming options are available on FOXSports.com and the FOX Sports app. TUDN holds the Spanish-language broadcast rights in the U.S., while OneSoccer provides coverage for Canadian viewers.
