In the final T20I match against Bangladesh, Pakistan salvaged a 74-run victory, preventing a series whitewash, although Bangladesh had already secured the series win. Pakistan's win in the third T20I meant Bangladesh clinched the series 2-1, marking their first-ever T20I series victory against Pakistan.

Pakistan, after losing the first two matches, showcased a much-improved performance in the third T20I. After winning the toss in the first T20I, Bangladesh opted to field and subsequently won by 7 wickets. In the second T20I, Pakistan lost by 8 runs. In the third T20I, Bangladesh again won the toss and elected to field. This time, Pakistan made the most of the opportunity, setting a target of 179 runs.

Sahibzada Farhan's aggressive half-century set the tone for Pakistan. He scored 63 runs from 41 balls, which included five sixes and six boundaries. His opening partnership with Saim Ayub provided a solid foundation, with the team reaching 50 runs within the powerplay. Hasan Nawaz contributed a quickfire 33 off 17 balls, while Mohammad Nawaz added 27 runs from 16 deliveries to bolster the total.

In response, Bangladesh's batting lineup faltered against Pakistan's pace attack. Debutant Salman Mirza, making his T20I debut, along with Faheem Ashraf, dismantled the top order within the powerplay. Mirza finished with figures of 3-19, while Ashraf took 2-13. Bangladesh were reduced to 25/5 early in their innings, struggling to recover. Only Mohammad Saifuddin offered some resistance with an unbeaten 35, helping Bangladesh surpass their lowest-ever T20I total. Taskin Ahmed, despite taking 3-38, couldn't prevent Pakistan from securing a comfortable win.

Pakistan captain Salman Agha lauded the team's performance, especially highlighting Farhan's innings and the contributions from Hasan Nawaz and Mohammad Nawaz. He also acknowledged Salman Mirza's consistent performance throughout the series.

Bangladesh, having already secured the series, rested five key players for the final T20I. This provided an opportunity for Pakistan to capitalize and avoid a clean sweep. Despite the loss in the final match, Bangladesh celebrated their historic series win, which served as preparation for the upcoming Asia Cup and the 2026 Men's T20 World Cup.
