Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham is taking her soaring profile to new heights with a newly inked podcast deal. Cunningham is set to co-host "Show Me Something," a sports and pop culture podcast with West Wilson of Bravo's "Summer House". The podcast, which is set to debut today, comes as the latest in a string of lucrative opportunities for the seven-year WNBA veteran.

Cunningham's rising star is attributed, in part, to her on-court defense of teammate Caitlin Clark. A particular incident on June 17, where Cunningham stood up for Clark against the Connecticut Sun, went viral. Since then, Cunningham's social media following has exploded, with a combined 2.7 million followers on TikTok and Instagram.

"Show Me Something" will be produced by Colin Cowherd's digital media company, The Volume. The weekly podcast will feature guests from the entertainment, sports, and lifestyle sectors. Dane Aagaard, chief revenue officer for The Volume, expressed excitement about growing their portfolio with a show that celebrates women's sports, pop culture, and friendship. Cunningham and Wilson have known each other since they were young children growing up in Columbia, Missouri. Wilson is a sports journalist whose work has appeared in Complex Sports, Bleacher Report and NFL Network.

Cunningham's increasing marketability has led to several endorsement deals. She recently partnered with home security company Ring, playing off her reputation as the Fever's defender. She also has sponsorship deals with Arby's and Adidas. In addition, Cunningham received an offer to join Women of Wrestling (WOW), an all-female wrestling circuit.

Cunningham, 28, is in her first season with the Fever after spending six seasons with the Phoenix Mercury. This season, she is averaging 7.5 points and 3.9 rebounds per game. On January 31, 2025, Cunningham was traded to the Indiana Fever in a four-team trade that also included the Dallas Wings and Connecticut Sun.

Cunningham's journey to the WNBA began in her hometown of Columbia, Missouri, where she played college basketball for the Missouri Tigers. She finished her college career as the program's all-time leading scorer with 2,187 points.

Looking ahead, Cunningham anticipates that her unfiltered approach on the podcast might lead to controversy. However, she aims to provide fans with an authentic glimpse into her life and perspective.
