Tottenham's win was a professional performance against lower-league opposition. Palhinha's stunning opener and Johnson's late goal were highlights, while young players like Archie Gray and Wilson Odobert impressed. The match also saw 16-year-old Luca Williams-Barnett make his debut for Tottenham.

Despite the loss, Doncaster can take positives from their performance. They created chances and tested the Tottenham defense, with Bailey and Middleton particularly lively.
