The Milwaukee Brewers have several strong contenders for the 2025 MLB All-Star Game, and Brewers fans are eagerly casting their votes. As the first phase of voting concluded on June 26th, attention now shifts to the final phase, determining who will represent the Crew in Atlanta on July 15th.
Several Brewers players have emerged as potential All-Stars. Christian Yelich, after a slow start, has regained his form, leading the team with 14 home runs. His recent performance, including a career-high eight RBIs in a game against the Minnesota Twins, has boosted his All-Star candidacy. However, as of June 23, he ranked eighth among National League designated hitters in fan voting.
Freddy Peralta is another strong contender. Despite the competition, Peralta's performance this season positions him as a potential All-Star.
Sal Frelick has been a standout player this season. With a .293 average and 14 stolen bases, Frelick has become a valuable asset to the Brewers. His defensive skills, including a Gold Glove last season and an increased number of outfield assists this year, further strengthen his case. However, his lack of power might hinder his chances, as he faces competition from other outfielders with higher home run numbers.
Brice Turang is also in the mix. However, he faces stiff competition at second base, as reflected in the All-Star voting standings.
Rookie Jackson Chourio is considered a future All-Star, but it is unlikely to happen this year. While he is hitting .264 with 12 home runs and 14 stolen bases, his transition to center field has been challenging.
As of June 23rd, several Brewers players appeared in the All-Star voting standings, though not necessarily in a position to advance to the final phase. Rhys Hoskins was tenth among first basemen, Brice Turang was ninth among second basemen, and Christian Yelich was eighth among designated hitters.
The All-Star starters will be revealed on July 2nd on ESPN. Pitchers and reserves will be chosen through player ballot results and selections made by the Commissioner's Office. The complete All-Star Game rosters will be announced on July 6th.
