The draw was a morale-boosting result for India, who showed resilience and determination. England will rue the missed opportunity to take a 3-1 lead in the series. Dropping Ravindra Jadeja early in his innings proved costly, as he went on to score a century and anchor the Indian innings. Ben Stokes offered a draw, but the Indian batters declined, eager to continue batting and reach their respective centuries.
