Jackson Chourio's walk-off secures Brewers' 3-2 win, marking a memorable start to his career.

Jackson Chourio delivered a clutch single in the 10th inning, securing a 3-2 victory for the Milwaukee Brewers over the Los Angeles Dodgers. This walk-off hit not only completed a three-game series sweep against the Dodgers at American Family Field but also marked Chourio's first career walk-off.

The game was a hard-fought battle, with both teams displaying strong pitching and resilience. Dodgers' starter Tyler Glasnow made his return from the injured list, pitching five innings and allowing one unearned run. José Quintana of the Brewers also delivered a solid performance, pitching six innings and allowing one run.

The Dodgers took an early lead in the fifth inning when Shohei Ohtani drew a bases-loaded walk. However, the Brewers quickly responded in the bottom of the same inning, tying the game at 1-1. Jake Bauers walked, advanced to second on a balk, stole third, and then scored when the catcher's throw went awry.

The score remained tied until the seventh inning when Mookie Betts hit a sacrifice fly with the bases loaded, giving the Dodgers a 2-1 advantage. The Brewers, however, refused to back down. In the bottom of the ninth, Andrew Vaughn hit a pinch-hit RBI single to tie the game at 2-2, setting the stage for extra innings.

In the top of the 10th, Brewers' reliever Trevor Megill struck out the side, paving the way for Chourio's heroics in the bottom of the inning. William Contreras led off with a fly ball to deep center, advancing Sal Frelick, the automatic runner, to third. With the infield drawn in, Chourio grounded a single into left field, driving in Frelick and securing the win for the Brewers.

This victory extended the Dodgers' losing streak to six games, their longest since April 2019. For the Brewers, it was a signature win, highlighting their resilience and ability to perform in crucial moments. The win also showcased the potential of young players like Jackson Chourio, who are stepping up and making significant contributions to the team's success.
