The Ducks had their three-game winning streak broken in a 5-2 loss to the Islanders. They are 3-2-0 in their last five games, averaging 3.4 goals per game but allowing 3.8. The Devils are struggling, having lost six of their last seven games. During this stretch, they've averaged just 2.1 goals per game while conceding 4.4.
In their previous encounter this season, the Ducks defeated the Devils 4-1 on November 2. Beckett Sennecke had a goal and an assist in that game.
