Bruno Fernandes, the Manchester United star and current captain, has addressed the constant scrutiny and opinions surrounding his performances and on-field demeanor. In a candid interview, Fernandes made it clear that he is unfazed by the criticism and will not change his passionate approach to the game.

Fernandes has faced criticism for his emotional displays, with some arguing that it makes him unfit to captain the club. However, the Portuguese midfielder remains resolute, stating that he cannot control how people perceive him. He acknowledged that opinions are formed based on what people see on the pitch, on television, or in interviews.

"People have an opinion about me and I can't change that," Fernandes said. "It's the way people want to judge you about what they see on most of the people, what they see on the pitch, some of them, what they see on the television, some of them what they see on interviews".

Fernandes emphasized that he is comfortable with who he is, both on and off the pitch. He described himself as "very passionate about everything he does". "In everything, what you see on the pitch is, is what Bruno is like," Fernandes explained. "The passion I put on everything and then obviously much calmer off the pitch".

Since joining Manchester United in January 2020, Fernandes has been a key player for the club. He has consistently delivered strong performances and has won the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year award four times. Despite attracting interest from Saudi Arabian clubs, Fernandes has remained committed to Manchester United. He reportedly declined a lucrative offer to continue playing in the Premier League.

Recently, reports have emerged suggesting that Fernandes might be open to leaving Manchester United at the end of the season. However, he has also stated his desire to continue contributing to the club and achieving his dreams at Old Trafford. "I haven't fulfilled my dreams here yet," Fernandes said. "I think I can still give something to the club. I think I'm still in a position where I'm helpful, so the thing for me is that I will be here until the club decides that, 'Bruno, it's time to go'".

Despite the external noise and speculation, Fernandes remains focused on his role as captain and his commitment to Manchester United. He is determined to lead the team to victory and is unfazed by the opinions of others. His passion, drive, and unwavering self-belief continue to make him a vital asset for the club.
